What is your return policy?

Cannabis: since we are legally not able to sell direct to consumer, we are unable to offer returns. However, dispensaries that purchase our products and sell them to consumers often have return policies. They are dispensary specific however so it’s up to dispensary if they offer returns/swaps/credits

Hemp/National: We offer returns up to 1 calendar month after purchase. The customer will need to ship the product back to us and then we will be able to process the return. If the product has been used we can not accept the return.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes, when you create an account with us we notify you automatically to get a 10% discount on your first order, and you will be the first to hear about any discounts and exclusive deals for customers who have order with us before.

Are your products tested for quality and safety?

Our products are 3rd Party tested by an ORELAP-certified lab. All our product test results can be found publicly via this link. They are sorted by Sample IDs found on each product’s label.

TEST RESULTS

Are there any restrictions on who can purchase Medicine Farm products?

Our products containing THC or Cannabis can only be legally purchased from Oregon-licensed dispensaries. You have to be 21+ years of age to purchase and consume these blends.

At the federal level, there are no age restrictions to purchase and consume Hemp-Derived products so long as they contain less than .03% THC by Volume (all of our products are tested to ensure they do contain THC). Some states require you to be 18 or 21 years of age or older to purchase CBD products. It is up to the consumer to know and abide by their state laws when purchasing our products.
